I'm very responsible, when ever something goes wrong they always say I'm responsible

Did you ever notice when you blow in a dog's face he gets mad at you? But put him in a car and the first thing he does is stick his head out the window.

Sometimes life is like that, just plain weird.

'Ambivalent? Well, yes and no....'

I bought a Venus Fly Trap today. I was going to name it 'Republican', but the fly trap is beneficial to the environment. I'll save that name - someday I might find a plant that eats poor people and minorities.

Veritas vos liberabit - The truth will set you free

I really do cherish my solitude. I have been thinking a lot about it and realized how healthy it is for me. I like to spend lots of time thinking about things, it makes me feel confident and good about myself. I think I should spend more time thinking things through. I can be very impulsive at times and it has been known to get me in trouble.

Where I live (in the middle of nowhere) I can step outside my front door and have only coyotes as an audience. I see the coyotes roaming about nearly every day. I can see the Mexico/USA border "fence" from both my front and my back yard. I know not to approach or even look at anyone travelling through with a large backpacks. It is not safe. Isn't life strange? It is certainly a new adventure every day.

Taxes really piss me off. . . .

Since I am an adult Lesbian woman quickly approaching senior citizen status and am not given the rights that str8 persons enjoy, I feel I should not have to pay any taxes of any type.

If and when I actually am "allowed" to have equal rights like str8 persons have, then I will be happy to pay taxes.

Tax Poem

At first I thought this was funny...then I realized the awful truth of it.

Tax her land,
Tax her bed,
Tax the table
At which she's fed.

Tax her tractor,
Tax her mule,
Teach her taxes
Are the rule.

Tax her work,
Tax her pay,
She works for peanuts
Anyway!

Tax her cow,
Tax her goat,
Tax her pants,
Tax her coat.

Tax her ties,
Tax her shirt,
Tax her work,
Tax her dirt.

Tax her tobacco,
Tax her drink,
Tax her if she
Tries to think..

Tax her cigars,
Tax her beers,
If she cries
Tax her tears.

Tax her car,
Tax her gas,
Find other ways
To tax her ass.

Tax all she has
Then let her know
That you won't be done
Till she has no dough.

When she screams and hollers,
Then tax her some more,
Tax her till
She's good and sore..

Then tax her coffin,
Tax her grave,
Tax the sod in
Which she's laid.

Put these words
Upon her tomb,
'Taxes drove me to my doom...'

When she's gone,
Do not relax,
Its time to apply
The inheritance tax.

I am willing to make the mistakes if someone else is willing to learn from them.

Boy oh boy, I sure do make lots of mistakes! Do we ever stop? (making mistakes that is)

I wish I had more grace. I have known several women in my life that have displayed remarkable grace and it always makes me feel in awe of them. Is there anything more attractive on this planet than a woman with grace?

I am a rather clumsy person in social situations. I would also like to be more verbally gifted.

Oh, and I wish I had lots and lots of money!

A day without sun shine is like, you know, night.

If homosexuality is a disease, can I call into work 'gay'?

When the rich wage war, it's the poor who die.

I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.

When I was young, we didn't have MTV. We had to take drugs and go to rock concerts.

"Just say no" prevents teenage pregnancy the way 'Have a nice day' cures chronic depression.

"A Native American elder once described his own inner struggles in this manner: Inside of me there are two dogs. One of the dogs is mean and evil. The other dog is good. The mean dog fights the good dog all the time. When asked which dog wins, he reflected for a moment and replied, The one I feed the most." -George Bernard Shaw
